At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and lighting. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all screws and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
